The Secondary Battery Production Process Consists of Three Steps : ① Electrode Process, ② Assembly Process, ③ Formation Process.
In Particular, the Purpose of the Formation Process is to Charge / Discharge Assembled Secondary Batteries in order to Provide Battery Function.
Cycler is Post-processing Equipment that Inspects the Performance and Life of Secondary Batteries after the Formation Process, Which is Indispensable in Battery R&D and Production.
In Particular, We have Technology of Full Inspection for Charging / Discharging Tests Performed Before the Shipment of Electric Vehicle Attery Cells.
Our Technology is Superior to that of Domestic / Overseas Competitors, and Smart Cycler is the Equipment for Testing Battery Load in the Actual Driving Environment of Electric Vehicles.
